Returns & Exchanges
Mugler offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition with all security tags attached. Please note that perfumes and cosmetics must be unopened and in their original heat-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Register Your Return
Access your order history through your Mugler account or the guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the pre-paid return label provided in your shipment is clearly visible on the exterior.
Ship Your Items
Drop off your parcel at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection through our logistics partner using the instructions provided in your return email.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and validates the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
